This evening we’ll celebrate the Best of the West: up-and-coming cheeses from California, plus showstoppers from Oregon, Washington State, Colorado and Utah. Prepare to be wowed. We’ll enjoy an hors d’oeuvre from Elaine Bell’s kitchen and a glass of wine before we sit down for the tasting—seven selections accompanied by California wines.

Cancellation policy: If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, your reservation fee is non-refundable but you may send a friend in your place. If Janet Fletcher must cancel a class, students will have the option of receiving a refund or applying any fees paid to a future class.
