About Me
I’m a Chez Panisse-trained chef, cheese authority, publisher of the Planet Cheese blog and author of Cheese & Wine, Eating Local and more than two dozen other cookbooks. My cooking is casual, strictly seasonal and ingredient driven, inspired by California’s endless bounty. I have led cheese-appreciation seminars for thousands of consumers and trade.
Virtual Cheese Tasting (with wine or beer options)
From the comfort of your home, enjoy a private tasting curated just for you and your guests or colleagues. Participants will receive their cheese shipment in time for the Zoom tasting, a fun, interactive and educational experience.
Virtual Cooking Class
Gather friends or colleagues and join me via Zoom for a custom cooking class designed to meet your interests and skill level. All participants will receive the recipes and shopping list several days before our live class. Participants can cook along or simply watch and learn.
